You can hand over your ticket to another person by either noticing us via email, or you can do it yourself through Ti.to, the ticket system.

What if a disaster happen on the day of the event? Can I get a refund?
We will always do our best to make the event happen. But if that was not possible due to a disaster that can be predicted up to a week before the event, we will postpone the event and find a new date, with no refund. If an unpredictable disaster occurred, it would be considered a force majeure, and therefore the event will be suspended with no refund.

The ticket is sold out. Can I be listed on a waiting list?
Yes, you can sign up to the waiting list on Ti.to.

Do you have Japanese translation?
Yes, there will be an interpreter translating what the non-Japanese speakers say. Also, the host will be Japanese and will present in Japanese.
